Bookings and payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently only accept card payments. Cash payments are not accepted.
What's the minimum stay?
As a general rule, the minimum stay is 2 nights, although this can vary depending on the property and the season. Check the exact availability when you make your booking.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes. Each property may have a different deposit amount, which is held on your card or bank account as a guarantee. This amount is automatically released once your stay ends, as long as everything is in order.
Check-in / Check-out
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, subject to availability at the time.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Will someone meet me at the property when I arrive?
There's no need. Check-in is self-service (self check-in): you'll receive access instructions in advance so you can get into the property directly, without having to coordinate your arrival with anyone in person.
The property
Is the apartment cleaned during my stay?
Cleaning takes place at the end of your stay, not during it.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed in any of our properties.
Do the properties have parking?
It depends on the property: some include a parking space and others don't. We recommend checking before booking, or messaging us on WhatsApp to confirm.
Do you have extra beds or cots available?
No, we currently don't have extra beds or cots available at any of our properties.
Are parties or events allowed at the property?
No, parties and events are not allowed at any of our properties.
Arrival and recommendations
Do you offer airport transfers?
No, we don't currently offer an airport transfer service.
Can you recommend restaurants, beaches or activities in the area?
